AMS-PAR is a leading provider of contract compliance audit services.  The company celebrated its 40th anniversary this year with a rich history serving the needs of the energy industry.  Our boutique firm is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional customer service.  As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, online search, and market research.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance our visibility and establish new business contacts.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the AMS-PAR management team to align business development strategies and company goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales pipeline status, business development activities, key performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of business development, sales, or marketing experience related to audit / accounting services.  Familiarity with oil and gas accounting and operations a plus.
  • Skills: Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.  Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with online mailing and advertising campaign management is desirable.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel: Must have the ability to travel up to 25%.
